TEXT2SPEECH is an easy to use, text to speech converter.
There was a time when text-to-speech conversion tools were looked upon with the same awe as 3D video and, were about as rare. No longer. Several free tools have emerged recently which do a decent conversion job. One of them (sort of) is TEXT2SPEECH. Like most online tools, this one has good and not so good features.
